International air defense teams help to control RIMPAC skies

Royal Australian Air Force service members control the airspace with Hawaii Air National Guard airmen from HIANG facilities during RIMPAC 2016, July 21, 2016. The participating nations and forces exercised a wide range of capabilities and demonstrated the inherent flexibility of maritime forces. The relevant, realistic training program includes amphibious operations, gunnery, missile, anti-submarine and air defense exercises.
