Air National Guardsmen with the Air Directorate Field Advisory Council and the Enlisted Field Advisory Council held their quarterly council meetings at Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii, Jan. 17. The Hawaii Air National Guard served as host for the conference. The council members discussed issues involving the ANG as a whole and the successful total force integration of the 15th Airlift Wing and Hawaii Air National Guard's 154th Wing C-17 Globemaster III operations and how that integration can be implemented at other locations.
