U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Braden K. Sakai, Hawaii Air National Guard Commander of the 154th Wing, presents a shadowbox display to Col. Glen M. Nakamura, Vice Commander of the 154th Wing, during his retirement ceremony at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Feb. 07, 2015. A native Hawaiian, Nakamura graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1988.
