Amy Gerard, Hawaii Air National Guard 154th Medical Group, wins the Traditional Non Commissioned Officer of the Year Award during the 2015 Launa 'Ole Awards ceremony at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, March 8, 2015. Gerard helped organize and streamline the Optometry section, enabling an efficient process in servicing over 2500 members of the Hawaii ANG and also tracks and coordinates all the education and training for J1 personnel within PACOM’s Special Ops Command.
