TAG briefs delegates at Makani Pahili
Hawaii National Guard Brig. Gen. Arthur "Joe" J. Logan, the adjutant general, addresses foreign delegates from seven pacific rim countries at the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies.
